General Helpdesk Support person needed (20 hours/week for 6 months)

  • Bundy & Associates is currently looking for a person to work in a general helpdesk support role for our clients. The position will require on site time at one client in the St Louis area two days a week as well as phone support for the rest of our clients.

    The applicant will be offered approximately 20 hours per week for 6 months with the possibility of more hours depending on the skill set of the applicant and the workload needs of the clients. Ideally Bundy & Associates would like to turn this into a full time position, but we cannot currently make that kind of offer.

    The applicant's skillset should be compatible with our clients needs as general Small/Medium Businesses running Windows desktops and servers (mostly virtualized).

  • If I did not have the on site requirement (and the fact that I have no documentation worth the name) I would probably work with NTG to handle some of this.
